Original Artwork
All Sales Final
All sales of original artwork are final. As each painting is a unique, one-of-a-kind original, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged Artwork
If your original Artwork arrives damaged please contact us within 2 business days of delivery by emailing
artbychristinemonaghan@gmail.com
Please include :
Your order number (f available)
Clear photographs of the damaged artwork.
Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping damage.
This information helps us assess the damage and process your claim promptly.
Once your claim has been assessed we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement.
If a return is required due to shipping damage , return shipping costs will be paid by the seller.
A full refund will be issued once the damaged artwork has been returned and received.
Where possible if you would prefer a replacement we are happy to create another painting of the same subject.
As every original artwork is hand painted any replacement will be a new original and will not be identical to the first painting.
Prints.
If your print arrives damaged please follow the above procedure.

Every effort is made to display artwork as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly between your screen and the actual artwork due to differences in monitor, tablet, and mobile device settings. These minor variations do not constitute a fault.
