Thank you for purchasing from Art by Christine. Every original artwork and print is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. The following Shipping Policy explains how shipping, insurance, and collection work.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and are calculated according to the size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Insurance

All original artwork and prints are fully insured while in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery and include clear photographs of both the artwork and the packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Processing Orders

Every order is carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch. We aim to ship your order as soon as possible and will notify you if an unexpected delay occurs.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service used. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Local Collection

If you would like to collect your artwork in person, please contact us before completing your purchase. We will arrange collection and remove the shipping charge from your order where applicable.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
